Liberia’s maiden participation at the Miss Environment International Pageant 2023, was realized by Monique Notee Gaye. Though she was unplaced at the pageant, she gave a good report of herself.

Miss Monique N. Gaye is twenty-five years old. She is five feet eight inches tall. She is a model and beautician. She is also versed in pageantry and she has won sashes of victory.

When she is not doing these, she is painting. Yes she is an artist.
