Chief Mrs Sadauki is a nutrition expert. She received her training from the University of Iowa in 1968. She is also alumnus of Ahmadu Bello University and Nigerian Defense University.

She was the Chief Agricultural Officer of her state in 1986.

Brilliant Chief Mrs. Aishatu Pamela Sadauki was forty years old when she was appointed deputy governor from 1990-1992 in Kaduna state, in the north of Nigeria during the tenure of the then military head of state, Ibrahim Badamosi Babangida. Before that position, she was the commissioner of education in 1989 and the Chief Agricultural Officer of her state in 1986.

Positions of leadership are not new to her. It was only natural for her to be chosen as deputy governor.
