The 13th edition of Miss Supranational took place in Poland in July 2022 and for the first time, a black skinned goddess, won. Lalela Mswane was Miss South Africa 2021/22. She came out the best of 69 contestants from all over the world. She also represented South Africa at the Miss Universe International Pageant 2021 and was the second runner-up.
She is a professional model with a Law degree from the University of Pretoria . She is twenty-five years old.
